As the server administrator, update, archive or delete any project managed on your server.

Project administration

Unlike most Apps, this App is server-wide. That means that it cannot be used on iceScrum Cloud. Otherwise, if your license includes it, then it will be enabled automatically. It adds a new menu named “Projects” in the home page of Administrators.

List projects

This App displays a list of all the projects hosted on your server. You can search projects in the main menu bar, filter them (private / public, active / archived) or export them all.

Update a project

Click on a project to display its details panel. In this panel, you can update basic information (name, key, description) and administrate the project: make it private / public, archive / unarchive it or delete it (be careful, deletion cannot be undone).

Click on “Team” to open and update its team.

To update more information, open the project by clicking on “Project”. You can switch back to admin view at any time from the main menu.
