[RESOLVED] iceScrum deployed on Tomcat redirecting to localhost

Hi,

I have setup iceScrum on tomcat 7, platform ubuntu. The instance is on AWS. While trying to access the application using the public IP, the setup page loads and then redirects to localhost because of which I am unable to access the application.

Any thoughts?

Hello,

This is a known issue when you install iceScrum on remote server. To fix this:

– If you don’t have a config.groovy file, create one under home folder of the user who launch tomcat server
– Insert or replace in the config.groovy file :
grails.serverURL=»http://REPLACE_BY_ROOT_URL_TO_ACCESS_TO_ICESCRUM»
– Restart your tomcat server
