Increase default text column size for notes

5000 characters are way too few; sometimes requirements reference text; and would like text to be in the story; I got around this through the following:

ALTER TABLE icescrum2_story MODIFY notes text;

And a bunch of others, but don’t like this; so any reason to cap at 5k? Stories should be short, but that’s «description.» IMHO notes should allow more text.

Overall I’m very happy with this! Thank you for all of your dedication; it shows as this is a really nice app; and I’ve heavily used it in past week.
