problem to sart icescrum

[Kagilum]

I installed the server iceScrum and I also downloaded icescrum.war then I put in the tomcat webapps folder that is in the trove Kagilum / iceScrum Server folder.
but when I copy the «http: // localhost: 8080 / icescurm» in the browser still displays ‘Web page unavailable’
here is the error that «s always shows!

Is the JAVA_HOME environment variable set as indicated in the documentation ?https://www.icescrum.com/fr/documentation/icescrum-server/#usage_3

If it is, we would need further information to understand what causes this error:
– Version of Java
– Type / version of OS
– Logs
