Azure VM redirect

Hello,

I was able to get icescrum running on a ubuntu vm on Azure web cloud. However, after just a few brief moments of browsing the site on the virtual ip : http://23.102.188.206:8080/setup

It gets redirected to the server’s private ip and then nothing is shown.

Are there any work arounds for this?

Hello,

Which install did you use?

– Jar file? => In this case you can set the default IP address using command options: https://www.icescrum.com/documentation/install-guide/#settings

– War file? => update your config.groovy file with the correct IP address;

Then it should work as expected 🙂

I am using the .jar.

When I set the default IP using command options to the virtual ip address, then I cannot connect to the server. I’m not sure how or if icescrum can integrate with an azure VM?
